Nurturing the Nurturers.
Mental health care for young women, moms, and moms-to-be.
mā•lama
(Hawaiian, verb) to care for; to protect and nurture
Raised in Hawai’i, our founder cherishes Hawaiian culture’s emphasis on the virtue of “mālama” – to thrive, we must care for, protect and nurture what matters most. You matter, yet so often your needs may go unmet.
Our mission is to care for you so you can take care of what matters most.
OUR
We provide individual therapy for young women, moms, and moms-to-be. No matter what difficulties you face or your season in life, we are here for you.

GET TO KNOW US
We are a collection of women - clients and providers - intentionally striving to take care of what matters most.
OUR APPROACH
Your needs come first.
We strive to provide best-in-class service driven by:
(1) remaining specialty focused → women’s wellbeing
(2) serving a limited number of clients → you won’t get lost in a caseload or end up with a burnt-out therapist
(3) offering full, 60-minute sessions → rather than the standard 45- or 50-minute session
Our philosophy of care is to combine the power of evidence-based practices with a radically safe and respectful relationship to support you in building a life consistent with your most precious values. Some of our tools include: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment, somatic, and psychodynamic theories.
If these terms don’t mean anything to you, don’t worry. We’ll work with you to develop a treatment plan individualized to meet your needs.
